Much of our work can continue without the need to physically visit the shop. Need a quote on a custom jewellery piece? Once you are happy with your quotes and sketches, we’ll source your diamond/s, moissanite/s and/ or other gemstone/s and, arrange a suitable appointment time for you to come and view stones privately in our design studio, and wrap things up before getting your job int our workshop.

For pearl stringing, repairs, valuations or any other services you physically need to come into the shop for, please rest assured that we are taking ALL recommended and necessary precautions to protect you, our customer, as well as our staff.

The fact that we are away from the busy shopping malls, which are currently filled with many shoppers frantically buying up toilet rolls and stocking up on food essentials, should also offer you some peace of mind; as should the fact that we are a SMALL family business, so you’re not being exposed to hundreds of staff members when you come through our doors.

Further to the above, we’ve also taken the following measures to slow the spread of the corona virus:
- All staff will be assessed daily. None of our staff currently have any symptoms associated with the virus, nor have been in contact with any suspected cases.
- All our staff currently travel via private vehicle to work and we have requested that this continue (no public transport to be used until further notice).
- We are utilizing hygienic cleaning products to clean surfaces frequently.
- All staff have been issued with hand sanitizers which will be utilized hourly.
- We have hygienic hand sanitizer placed in our shop till point. Please feel free to utilize this.

We kindly ask that anyone that is showing any symptoms; or suspects they may have been exposed to someone carrying the virus, to not visit the store, but instead send through your enquiries by email.
